The standard fee is $245 for a 51+ minute telehealth appointment.
Medicare & private health
Clients referred by a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician under a Mental Health Treatment Plan may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year, subject to eligibility and current Medicare requirements.
The rebate depends on the applicable item and referral pathway. Ask Inflori to confirm the rebate and out-of-pocket amount for your circumstances. Private health rebates may be available depending on your cover; check with your fund.
NDIS participants
Inflori provides services to plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Fees align with applicable NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for therapy services.
As pricing and claiming rules can change, any participant contribution depends on the applicable price limit at the time of service. Contact Inflori to confirm the current fee and any out-of-pocket amount.

Payment, cancellation & non-attendance
The existing site states: “Session fees must be pre-paid within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time.” If payment is not received within that timeframe, the appointment may be cancelled. Contact Inflori to confirm the payment deadline when booking.
Cancel or reschedule by email at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notification, may incur a $100 service fee.
Cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or other funding bodies. Email infloripsychology@gmail.com as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
