Parenting support for children under 5
For children under 5, sessions work with parents rather than directly with the child. Support can focus on understanding emotional and behavioural needs, parenting stress, family adjustment and practical ways to support your child.
Direct therapy for older children and adolescents
Direct telehealth therapy is offered from around 11–12 years, depending on the child’s needs and ability to engage online. Suitability is discussed individually.
Examples of concerns include anxiety, emotional regulation, friendships, confidence, school-related stress, family changes, neurodivergence and coping with chronic illness. These examples do not limit what a young person can discuss.
Assessment is available for all ages
The therapy age groups differ from assessment eligibility. Autism and ADHD assessments are available via telehealth for all ages.
